RESERVATION POLICY

CUSTOMERS WITHOUT RESERVATION
Based on our restaurant availability, we accept customers without reservations.
However, reservations are highly recommended for securing the spot.

GROUP REQUESTS
It is possible to book directly through our website for parties of up to 14 people.
For more than 14 people, please contact us directly by emailing info@lagavitella.it.

RESTAURANT POLICY
We do not accept any external food or beverage items.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Changes and/or cancellations to the restaurant reservation can be made via e-mail at info@lagavitella.it or phone/WhatsApp at +39 350 5821514

DELAYS POLICY
In case of a delay, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible.
After 20 minutes of delay, we may no longer guarantee the reservation.

CHILDREN POLICY
Please let us know if there are children among the guests to guarantee you the best accommodation.

ANIMALS POLICY
Our venue accepts small animals.
Please specify it in the notes of your reservation to guarantee you the best accommodation.

DIETARY & ALLERGIES RESTRICTIONS
When you make your reservation, we would be grateful if you could inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions by adding a note to your reservation. Our staff will be glad to assist you upon arrival.

SPECIAL OCCASION
We would love to know if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion, for making this day unforgettable. This can be specified in the notes section when you make your booking. 

GIFT VOUCHERS
If you would like to redeem a gift voucher, you can contact us in advance to secure the day and time of the reservation.

In case of a lack of communication, we are unable to guarantee availability if you arrive directly at the venue.

PARKING
Our venue does not have a parking area.
However, If you are in Praiano or Positano, you could park your car or scooter directly to one of the local parking and then reach us with our shuttle boat.
