RESERVATION POLICY
• To guarantee an efficient and unique service to all our customers, for the beach club we accept reservations exclusively through our website and with advance payment.
• The beach booking will be valid only after receiving the final email confirmation.
• A sun lounger will be assigned to each person within your booking reservation including adults and children.
• The reservation at the beach club will be valid for the whole day.
• Please note that there are no refunds in the event of a non-use or consumption of the products included in the package.
GROUP REQUESTS
• It is possible to book the beach club experience directly through our website for parties of up to eight people.
• For more than eight people, please contact us directly by emailing info@lagavitella.it
GENERAL BEACH CLUB CONDITIONS
• Please, note that we do not accept food and drinks coming from the outside. It is possible to reserve a lunch table at our restaurant here.
• Please, note that is not possible to bring your own beach equipment (umbrellas, deck chairs, sunbeds, etc.) into the establishment.
• Please, note that the beach club management is not responsible for objects left unattended.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Changes and/or cancellations to the beach reservation can be made via e-mail at info@lagavitella.it or phone/WhatsApp at +39 350 5821514
Please, find below our Beach Club cancellation policy:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the service, a full payment refund.
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the service, 50% refund of the payment.
- Cancellation 2 days before the service, no refund.
- Cancellation 1 day before the service, no refund.
- In case of a no-show, no refund.
In case of bad weather: the entire amount paid can be spent at our Restaurant and Bar.
Furthermore, it is possible to move the reservation to the first available date.
DELAYS POLICY
In case of a delay, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible.
After 1.00 PM we no longer guarantee the reservation.
CHILDREN POLICY
Please let us know if there are children among the guests to guarantee you the best accommodation.
ANIMALS POLICY
Our venue accepts small animals. Please specify it in the notes of your reservation to guarantee you the best accommodation.
SPECIAL OCCASION
We would love to know if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion, for making this day unforgettable. This can be specified in the notes section when you make your booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS
If you would like to redeem a gift voucher, you can contact us in advance to secure the day and time of the reservation.

In case of a lack of communication, we are unable to guarantee availability if you arrive directly at the venue.
PARKING
Our venue does not have a parking area.
However, If you are in Praiano or Positano, you could park your car or scooter directly to one of the local parking and then reach us with our shuttle boat.
